With over 16 years in Management Consulting and an accredited company director (GAICD), Tina has served on two boards, including co-founding and chairing a not-for-profit organisation.
Tina is a dynamic facilitator who uses proven methodologies and innovative techniques to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
As a previous lead Consultant with Quest Worldwide, specialising in working with large, complex organisations to focus, deploy and implement business strategies and cultural changes. Leveraging her extensive professional and consulting experience, Tina leads the design, facilitation and execution of large-scale strategy and culture engagements, aiming to enhance business performance, people engagement and organisational capability.
Tina has consulted extensively with FMCG companies and the resources sector in Australia and internationally and has significant experience with not-for-profits in both personal and professional capacities.
Tina is passionate about transforming culture and helping businesses succeed in strategic execution while building strong teams. She has a deep understanding of how to engage and influence people from all walks of life and at all levels of an organisation.
